In scope
- Charge entry support and claim submission for outpatient PT services
- PT coding support (CPT for physical therapy, common modifiers, therapy threshold / cap awareness in plain language — not clinical advice)
- Eligibility / benefits checks when included in the engagement
- Accounts receivable follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims
- Denial management: log reason codes, correct and resubmit where appropriate
- Provider credentialing / payer enrollment support when included
- Monthly performance reporting (claims, denials, collections trends in plain language)
Out of scope (unless we agree in writing)
- Front-desk scheduling or patient check-in
- Patient collections calls or payment-plan sales
- Implementing or replacing your EHR
- Clinical documentation for you (we work from what your clinicians document)
- Legal, compliance, or clinical advice
What we need from your practice
- Signed BAA and a clear service agreement
- Access to the billing-relevant parts of your EHR / clearinghouse (least privilege)
- Fee schedule and major payer mix
- Authorization / referral workflows you already use
- A named clinic contact for questions and monthly reviews
What an introductory engagement looks like
An introductory engagement is a limited engagement to see if the working relationship fits — not a promise of percentage lifts. Typical goals for an introductory engagement:
- Clean claim submission with fewer preventable rejections
- Denial reasons logged and worked systematically
- A monthly report you can actually read
- Clear communication on open issues
We do not publish fabricated denial or collection percentages. Results depend on your documentation, payers, and starting baseline.
