These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://securercm.com (the “Site”), operated by SecureRCM (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

SecureRCM provides revenue cycle management (medical billing) services for healthcare providers. The Site is informational and for inquiries. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. No professional advice; no automatic client relationship

Content on the Site is general information only. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Billing services require a separate written agreement and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where applicable.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or harmful content through forms.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (text, branding, design) is owned by SecureRCM or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Third-party links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureRCM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability for actual billing services is governed by the separate service agreement, not these Terms.
